Dear PUMS Families!

We have enjoyed meeting with families and holding student orientations last week.

We are absolutely ecstatic to have connected with over 700 students during the week's orientations.

Ms. DiCarlo has been reminding everyone that it is important to give yourself some grace as we adapt to the opening of the school year.  Some things will be new and confusing at first but we are here to help.

Due to the current circumstances, Princeton Unified Middle School is unable to accept visitors until after August 24. 

At that time, all visitors must visit by appointment only.

When arriving to the building for your appointment, you should make a phone call to the main office in order to alert staff of your arrival. You will then be directed to enter the building through the security vestibule at the main entrance only.

John Witherspoon Middle School - Logo

As part of the facilities referendum that our community passed last year, the renovation of the John Witherspoon Academic Conference Center (ACC) is about to begin along with other improvements in our building. Beginning on March 1, we will start major construction to transform the ACC into new learning spaces that will be accessible to all JW students.

Thursday, February 13 8:30 AM – JW Construction Update with Dave Harding – Director of Facilities will present plans/timelines and answer your questions about the impact on our teachers, students, & the building. Minor piping work began Feb 10. Major construction will begin at JW on March 1.
