Friday is the final PHS distribution day for student laptops, from 11 AM to 4 PM. Please sign up for a time to pick up your devices. After tomorrow, it will be difficult and time consuming to schedule individual pickups due to various COVID-related constraints. As you know, without a functioning device, your child will have a hard time receiving instructions properly. Here is the signup: www.tinyurl.com/PHSDevOct23.
A few important reminders:
Please go to Power School Parent Portal to sign off on the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This will help us to speed up the pickup process significantly. Tech will not issue a device to the student without an AUP. Or click here for the Acceptable Use Policy.
If parents have signed the AUP, students can pick up the device by themselves.
If you don't have access to Power School Parent Portal, the AUP is on our district website, and parents can sign the attached signature pages. (Students must bring all pages to Device Pickup.)
All students must be present because their log in info and passwords are needed to receive the device. If parents have student’s info, parents can pick up the device for their kids.
All parents (and student drivers) must remain in their vehicles during the pickup at the Front Circle. If you need to park your vehicle, please use the Staff Parking/Houghton Lot on the Houghton side of the building. There will be no parking at the Front Circle.
