Anchor House
The mission of Anchor House is to work with abused, homeless, runaway, at risk and aging out youth to utilize their strengths and the support of their families and communities in order to ensure a stronger future.  Anchor House Shelter was founded in 1978 to move homeless and runaway youth off the streets of Trenton and reunite them with their family. Today, Anchor House Inc. provides shelter, school outreach, transitional and supportive housing, and street outreach to youth, ages 12 to 21 years of age, from Mercer County and throughout the state of New Jersey.

Children's Home Society of New Jersey 
The Children's Home Society of New Jersey is a private, nonsectarian child-care and placement agency providing counseling services for expectant parents as well as family day care, short-term foster care, protective services for abused and/or neglected children, adoption services, and post-adoption services. Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P)
Formerly DYFS. Mercer Office.  DCP&P helps to protect and to treat abused, abandoned, and neglected children and their parents. Services include homemaker, day-care, a day treatment program; foster family and residential facility care; group care; adoption service; and adult crisis and protective services.

Mental Health

All Access Mental Health
All Access Mental Health (AAMH) is dedicated to empowering those with mental illness through a variety of behavioral health services. AAMH is a private, non- profit community based behavioral heath care agency serving the greater Mercer County community. AAMH was founded to respond to the mental health needs of our community and we are dedicated to that commitment.

Corner House 
Corner House is a professional counseling agency with a special focus on young people, particularly those at risk due to situational crises, such as marital separation, divorce, death of a family member, or substance abuse. The agency also has a broader function by providing counseling services to individuals and families for a wide range of issues, including personal growth issues and parenting skills, as well as offering child advocacy services. Various workshops are offered periodically. There is a sliding fee scale.
