Google suite of apps not working in PPS Link.
We have found that all SSO Google applications are not working when using Safari and Firefox web browsers. We have opened a support ticket with ClassLink to resolve this issue.
Work around - Users can enter their Google user name and password manually or use the Chrome browser.
September 14, 2020 - Identified
Password reset is not working in PPS link.
Update: Password resets are working in PPS link but will display an error message that says "Unidentified". ClassLink has replicated the issue and they are working to fix the error message. Users should ignore the error message when resetting their password.
September 20, 2020 - Resolved
Some users have reported they are unable to create Zoom meetings in Canvas. We have opened a ticket with Zoom about this issue.
Work around - Users can create meetings in the Zoom app or web interface and copy the link to their class in Canvas.
Update: This issue has been resolved as of September 21st.

Some students and staff members are seeing incorrect or incomplete rosters in Canvas the Curriculum office is working to correct these issues.

Our staff are working with both Canvas and Powerschool to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
