Senior Device Collection 2024
At the end of this school year, you will need to return your district device, power adapter, and charging cable. PowerSchool will show a $900 dollar charge until your device is returned. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR DIPLOMA UNTIL YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN HANDED IN, AND YOU WILL NEED YOUR RECEIPT TO RECEIVE YOUR CAP AND GOWN (take a picture of the receipt once you receive it, just in case).
Please verify you have paid the district insurance for your device to cover any incidental damage that might have occurred. This will help expedite the returning of the device. If insurance is not paid and there is damage to the device, you will not receive your diploma until a payment is made.
Also, please be sure to have your ORIGINAL charging cord and power adapter that was given with the device. If the original adapter or cable are lost or a 3rd party adapter or cable is provided at collection, a charge will be incurred for a replacement. This is not covered by insurance.

In addition to the collection times listed above, on Tuesday – Thursday, students may schedule a time to return their devices to the high school technology department by submitting a ticket through Incident IQ. Appointment times are limited and walk-ins will not be permitted.
Senior Accounts
Also, over the summer, your Microsoft, Google, and district iCloud/Apple ID accounts will be disabled. You will have until August 1st to save your data from those accounts.
Below are some guides to help you save your files.
Saving Files from Google Drive
Click HERE for directions on how to use Google Takeout to save your files.
You can also log into your Google Drive from a different device and download your files onto that device. In Google Drive, click once on the file that you would like to download so that it becomes highlighted. Then, click on the three dots to the right of the file, or the three dots at the top of the screen. In the menu that appears, select "Download".
MICROSOFT
Saving Files From Microsoft OneDrive
Click HERE for directions on how to use Microsoft Mover to save your files.
You can also log into your Microsoft OneDrive from a different device and download your files onto that device. In OneDrive, click once on the file or folder that you would like to download. A blue checkmark should appear next to the file or folder. Then, click on "Download" at the top of the screen.
Saving Files From Your Device
To download files, contacts, and photos from your iCloud account to another computer. Click HERE to visit the Apple website for the full set of directions.
1. Go to iCloud.com and sign in with your district email and password
2. Click on “Drive” to see all of your files:
3. On the left, click on “Browse”.
4. Select the folder where your files are located.
5. Click on the filee you want to download, then click the download button at the top (cloud with arrow pointing down).
6. Repeat this step for each file you want to save.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have folders, you will need to open then and download the files inside the folder. You cannot download the folder itself.
Photos
1. To see your photos, click on the apps icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “Photos”.
2. Select the photos you would like to download, then click on the “Download” icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Contacts
1. To see your contacts, click on the apps icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “Contacts”.
2. Click on the three dots at the top of the contacts list and select “Select All Contacts”.
3. Click on the export icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “Export vCard”.
