The Princeton School Gardens Cooperative
The Princeton School Gardens Cooperative (www.psgcoop.org) was founded in 2005 to ensure that students, faculty, staff, administration and parents had ongoing access to food systems literacy projects and programs at Princeton Public Schools. Among the programs it stewards: Edible Gardens, Edible Campus; Edible Gardens/Edible Campus Educators/Stewards, Garden State on Your Plate, PPS Cooks+Gardens, Five Easy Pieces. Next up: How Low Can You Go? Zero Food Waste, Zero Wasted Food at PPS. The 501c3 is celebrating its 20th birthday during the entirety of 2025 and is seeking to expand its board, its advisors, and its volunteers. Board positions mean muddy boots on the ground, dirt under the fingernails, and many, many delicious working meals. Intrigued by any/all? Write us a note with your interests and how you would like to contribute. All are welcome! karlacook@psgcoop.org
