8.27.2026 - Summer work is completed, and future work will take place during school breaks.
8.21.2026 - Rough plumbing has been installed for the new meter and regulator. RTU -G105 is up and running. New kitchen lights are installed.
8.15.2026 - Ceilings will be completed by Thursday 8/13/26. Drama room will be completed by 8.14.26. Cafeteria area of work will be painted by 8.14.26. New Gas meter pad was installed.
8.06.2026 - Steel work is completed in the drama room and ceilings are being closed. Ceilings are being installed in the cafeteria with the new lights. Gas pad will be installed on Tuesday.
7.31.2026 - Steel support is being installed at existing old units in the drama room. Duct work is being installed at the cafeteria and adjacent hallway.
7.23.2026 - Demolition of ductwork in the hallways are ongoing. ACC1 and ACC3 rough is underway with line sets and electrical wiring.
7.17.2026 - Demolition of ductwork in the hallways are ongoing.
7.10.2026 - New unit was installed over the drama room with new ductwork. Existing roof curbs were removed and new roof curbs were flashed in to existing roof.
7.3.2026 - Demolition of existing old units in the drama room.
6.26.2026 - Mobilization happened on 6.23.26. RTU 105 roof curb was installed. The old kitchen unit was removed. RTU 105 was craned to the roof and installed on new curb. Additional roof curbs are being flashed in
6.1.2026 - Submittals are almost complete, and site visits have been ongoing. Work will begin on 6/22/2026.
Meetings have been ongoing with Contractor and are gearing up to begin work on the HVAC work starting 6.22.26
