7.10.2026 - New unit was installed over the drama room with new ductwork. Existing roof curbs were removed and new roof curbs were flashed in to existing roof.
7.3.2026 - Demolition of existing old units in the drama room.
6.26.2026 - Mobilization happened on 6.23.26. RTU 105 roof curb was installed. The old kitchen unit was removed. RTU 105 was craned to the roof and installed on new curb. Additional roof curbs are being flashed in
6.1.2026 - Submittals are almost complete, and site visits have been ongoing. Work will begin on 6/22/2026.
Meetings have been ongoing with Contractor and are gearing up to begin work on the HVAC work starting 6.22.26
