10.01.2026 - CMU walls, HVAC, sprinklers, plumbing, FCUs and sheetrock walls and ceilings nearing completion. Ongoing installation of 1) hung ceiling grid; 2) tile flooring in bathrooms; 3) electrical branch circuit wiring; and 4) lintels over new door areas. Operable partition walls have framing, and motors installed, only panels remain.

9.25.2026 - CMU walls nearing completion; Sprinkler Sys is complete and tied into building; Steel for operable partition is installed; Supply and drain piping plumbing risers complete. FCUs are hung with final water supply and return connections nearing completion. HVAC ductwork nearly complete.

9.18.2026 - Steel for operable partition is installed; Supply and drain piping plumbing risers complete. FCUs are hung with final water supply and return connections nearing completion. HVAC ductwork nearly complete.

9.11.2026 - Sprinkler system is complete and tied into building; Steel for Operable Partition is installed; Supply and drain piping plumbing risers complete. FCUs are hung with final water supply and return connections nearing completion.

9.3.2026 - CMU walls nearing completion, along with supply and drain piping risers. Ongoing installation of: 1) Sheetrock over wall and pipe soffit metal framing; 2) hung ceiling grid; 3) electrical panelboard relocations, with feeder and branch circuit rough-in and wiring; 4) FCUs are hung with final water supply and return connections nearing completion; and 5) HVAC ductwork.

8.27.2026 - Sprinkler system complete and tied into building. Steel for Operable Partition installed. Trench for waste drain complete with concrete filled.

8.15.2026 - Trench for waste drain is complete and concrete trench fill nearly complete. Ongoing installation of: 1) CMU walls; 2) sheetrock over wall and pipe soffit metal framing; 3) electrical panel board relocations, with feeder and branch circuit rough-in and wiring; 4) supply and drain piping risers: 5) fire system supply piping and sprinkler head whips; 6) FCUs being hung; and 6) HVAC ductwork.
8.06.2026 - Trench for waste drain is complete and has concrete placement ongoing. Ongoing installation of CMU walls. Sheetrock beginning over wall and existing pipe soffit metal framing. Electrical panel board relocations, with feeder and branch circuit rough-in and wiring ongoing. Supply and drain piping risers ongoing in bathrooms. Fire system supply piping and sprinkler head whips ongoing. FCUs being hung. HVAC ductwork ongoing.

7.31.2026 - Trench for waste drain was backfilled and nearly ready of concrete. Installation of CMU walls, including sealing of exterior breakthroughs, is ongoing. Wall and existing pipe soffit metal framing underway and nearly complete in some areas. Fire system supply piping almost ready for hung ceiling. HVAC ductwork ongoing, and electrical conduit rough-in
Sanitary line was installed and pressure tested. Backfill will begin once test reports are received. CMU and Metal framing walls are ongoing. Fire Suppression system is being installed. HVAC ductwork and electrical conduit rough in.

7.17.2026 - CMU walls are being installed. Plumbing rough has begun in the slabs. Interior metal framing has begun.

7.10.2026 - Plumbing demolition will be completed by next week. CMU Block was delivered.

7.3.2026 - Demolition is continuing. Architect met with PHS staff to finalize color samples for the new space.

6.1.2026 - IT department renovation weekly meetings and site visits have been ongoing. Work will begin on 6/22/2026.
