  • 10.01.2026 - No work on site yet. Site meeting regarding rooftop gas and electrical piping layout related to ongoing Solar Panel project, coordinating the two projects on accessible rooftop space. Contractor continues completion and submission of demo plan, coordination plans, and rooftop unit support framing. Change order for condenser water pump redesign, with drives and controls is designed, awaiting contractor proposal.
  • 9.25.2026 - No work on site as yet. Contractor continues onsite visits. Submittals ongoing. Long lead time AHUs ordered. Overall work schedule submitted. Change order ongoing for early replacement of hot water heater; and condenser water pump redesign, with drives and controls. 
  • 9.18.2026 - Status remains the same. Contractor continues onsite visits, including 9/16 and 9/21, assessing demo plan, coordination plans and shop drawings, and rooftop unit support framing. 
  • 9.11.2026 -  Status remains the same. Contractor continues onsite visits assessing demo plan. Submittals ongoing. Overall work schedule submitted. 
  • 9.3.2026 -  Contractor continues onsite visits assessing demo plan, rooftop unit support framing, and certain change orders. Submittals ongoing. Overall work schedule submitted.

  • 8.21.2026 - Contractor onsite Aug 19th assessing demo plan and rooftop unit support framing. Submittals ongoing. Long lead time AHUs ordered. Preparing overall work schedule. 
  • 8.15.2026 - Contractor onsite Aug 12th assessing demo plan and rooftop unit support framing. Submittals ongoing. Long lead time AHUs ordered. Preparing overall work schedule. 
  • 8.06.2026 - Contractor onsite last week to assess demo plan and rooftop unit support framing. Submittals ongoing. Long lead time AHUs ordered. Preparing overall work schedule.   
  • 7.31.2026 - Contractor visited this week to assess demolition plan and rooftop unit support framing. Submittals ongoing. Long lead time AHUs ordered. Preparing overall work schedule. Considering early removal of non-functional AHUs, early replacement of hot water heater, and repairs to existing boilers this fall.
  • 7.23.2026 - Coordination of existing nonfunctional HVAC units to be removed is underway.
