Updates

  • 10.01.2026 - Vocal room concrete slab is complete. Foundations and piers of new south wing have forms, rebar and concrete pours ongoing. Retention basin excavation is nearing completion. Parking area partially completed for school staff use during construction.

  • 9.25.2026 - Footings for the Block B classrooms underway. Radon piping was completed at vocal room. New Slab was poured at vocal room.

  • 9.18.2026 - Footings for the Block B classrooms have begun.

  • 9.11.2026 - New parking lot paving was installed and striped for parking spaces. Footings are being excavated on Block B for the large addition.

  • 9.3.2026 - DGA was installed at new parking lot. Curbs at parking lot poured. Electrical conduit was placed for new parking lot lighting.

  • 8.27.2026 - DGA was installed at new parking lot. Curbs at parking lot are being formed. Backfill was completed at vocal room foundations. Fencing is being altered for safety and egress for the staff and students.

  • 8.21.2026 - New parking lot retaining wall has been installed. Back addition has been stacked out for footings. Parking lot is being brought to grade. Shed will be relocated.

  • 8.15.2026 -  Block A vocal room has the footings completed and foundation walls are in place. 

    Grounding wires have been installed in footing. Underground utilities (storm and sanitary) have been installed. Parking lot retaining wall is being installed. Parking lot is being brought to subbase elevations. Conduits will be installed for new lighting at pole and dumpster area.

  • 8.06.2026 - Block A vocal / music room footings and columns have been poured with Anchor bolts and base plates. Block B large addition footings will begin next week.

  • 7.31.2026 - Sanitary piping has been installed. Storm piping is continuing, and outflow structures are being set at the retention basin. Footing began at small addition.

  • 7.23.2026 - Storm lines have been installed from building to retention basin. Retention basin was brought to sub-grade and shaped. Rear building pad for large addition was compaction tested.

  • 7.17.2026 - New parking lot was leveled and set to sub-grade. Existing parking lot was removed and set to subgrade. The large addition area was excavated to allow for building pad and utilities and footings to begin.
  • 7.10.2026 - Site fence was installed. Demolition of existing storm water system was removed. Parking lot was milled to subgrade.
  • 7.3.2026 - Site fence was installed. Demolition of existing storm water system was removed. Demolition of the existing play set was completed in the rear of the building. Parking lot was milled to subgrade.

  • 6.26.2026 - Demolition began on Tuesday, 6.23.26. Milling machine was delivered and parking lot was milled. Existing fence was removed along with the basketball hoop.

  • 6.1.12026 - Weekly meetings are progressing. Logistic plans were developed. Work will begin on 6/22/2026.
