Updates

• 10.01.2026 - Prepping under slab utilities and prepping for slab pour in new gym.

• 9.25.2026 - Back filling gym area. Working on electrical rough ins. Installing underground plumbing. Formwork and pouring piers in classroom addition. 

• 9.18.2026 - Block walls for the stage are ongoing. Block walls are complete for the gym. Foundations for classrooms are ongoing. 

• 9.11.2026 - Foundation on New Gym is 90%. Working on the storage area steel. Under slab utilities have begun. Piers for the new classroom additions. 

• 9.3.2026 - Footings, block walls, and grouting of walls completed.

• 8.27.2026 - Poured foundations and footings. Began construction of black wall for the new gym area. 

• 8.21.2026 - Poured foundations and footings for New Gym area.

• 8.15.2026 -  Poured footings for new columns in rooms 134/135. Mobilizing for new addition footings and foundations.
• 8.06.2026 - Interior demolition of the second-floor resource room is complete. Temporary partition walls installed for second floor resource room. Rooms 134 and 135 floors saw cut and foundations have been located.

• 7.31.2026 - Interior demolition of the second-floor resource room is in progress. Compaction tests were completed for the building pads.

• 7.23.2026 - Storm line to retention basin has been completed. Building pads will be proof rolled and compaction tested

• 7.17.2026 - Storm piping continues from the front of the building to the retention pond. Additional storm lines will be installed.

• 7.10.2026 - All drainage piping and storm structures were delivered, bioretention basin has begun.
  Building addition footprints have been set and topsoil removed. Installing new storm lines in rear of building.

• 7.3.2026 -  Courtyard and playground behind existing kindergarten classrooms are completely cleared away and graded for new concrete pads for each of the new additions.
• First floor kindergarten classrooms were cleared out and made ready for installation of new footings. The existing Resource Room has been cleared to make way for demolition.
• Digging for the bioretention basin has begun.

• 6.26.2026 - Work started with site fencing and demolition of the courtyard. Tracking pad was installed.

• 6.1.2026 - Weekly meetings are progressing. Work will begin on 6/22/2026.
• Pre-construction meetings are ongoing. 
• Storage container was delivered 5/4/2026
• Logistic plan was issued for temporary fence, storage containers, and all utilities
• Construction to begin 6/22/2026
