Updates

  • 7.10.2026 - All drainage piping and storm structures were delivered, bioretention basin has begun.
    Building addition footprints have been set and topsoil removed. Installing new storm lines in rear of building.

 

 CP Site work
  • 7.3.2026 -  Courtyard and playground behind existing kindergarten classrooms are completely cleared away and graded for new concrete pads for each of the new additions.
  • First floor kindergarten classrooms were cleared out and made ready for installation of new footings. The existing Resource Room has been cleared to make way for demolition.
  • Digging for the bioretention basin has begun.

  • 6.26.2026 - Work started with site fencing and demolition of the courtyard. Tracking pad was installed.

  • Pre-construction meetings are ongoing. 
  • Storage container was delivered 5/4/2026
  • Logistic plan was issued for temporary fence, storage containers, and all utilities
  • Construction to begin 6/22/2026
