Meet the Principal

Lisa Caudill - Principal
Mrs. Caudill is proud to be the principal of Littlebrook School. With more than two decades of service in elementary education, Mrs. Caudill is committed to creating school communities where students feel known, valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Her experiences as both a teacher and administrator have shaped her student-centered approach to leadership and her belief in the power of strong relationships, collaboration, and inclusive practices.
Mrs. Caudill spent nearly two decades teaching both third and fourth grade. During her tenure, she led professional development initiatives, mentored colleagues, contributed to school improvement efforts, and developed programs promoting student leadership and community engagement. Prior to her time at Littlebrook, Mrs. Caudill served as an elementary school vice principal where she led a variety of school-wide initiatives designed to strengthen systems of support for students, enhance school culture, and foster meaningful partnerships among staff, students, and families.
Mrs. Caudill earned her Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and English from The College of New Jersey. She has been recognized for her contributions to education through honors including Governor’s Teacher of the Year and New Jersey Exemplary Elementary Educator.
Mrs. Caudill is passionate about fostering a school environment where every child feels a sense of belonging, every educator is empowered to grow, and families are valued partners in building a thriving school community. She looks forward to working together with the Littlebrook community to support and celebrate students as they learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential.
When Mrs. Caudill isn’t at school, there’s a good chance you’ll find her with her nose in a book — bonus points if she’s reading with her toes in the sand at the beach! She loves spending time with her family, including her fellow-educator husband, her two sons, Chase and Gavin, and her two four-legged sidekicks, Harper and Mabel, who keep life entertaining. Mrs. Caudill also has a soft spot for ice cream and will never pass up a scoop (or two!) of mint chocolate chip. Don’t be surprised if you spot her at the Bent Spoon or Thomas Sweet after school!
