Pre-K will host an Open House on Wednesday, September 8 from 8 am to 9:10 am. You will receive further information the week of August 30.
Monday, August 30 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Our Kindergarten families will receive information in a separate e-mail. Parents are invited to a welcome meeting from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in our beautiful Amphitheatre!
NEW FAMILY OPEN HOUSE
On Wednesday, September 8, we will host two Open House opportunities for our New Families. We have modified our program to adhere to all of our health and safety protocols. If you are unable to attend the program, please reach out to the Main Office and we will coordinate efforts to get all materials to you.
Families with last names beginning with A-L: Wednesday, September 8, 8:30 am - 9:45 am
Families with last names beginning with M-Z: Wednesday, September 8, 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Our agenda for this event includes:
· Meet Principal Siso Stentz, Nurse Liz, and other critical staff members!
· Meet our PTO leadership!
· If safe, take a modified tour of our beautiful school, led by our student ambassadors.
Back-to-School Night will be a virtual program on Thursday, September 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. On the JP website, you will be able to view several pieces of information to engage you in our annual program to meet your child(ren)’s teacher(s) and to hear what they have planned for what will be an exciting school year! Each teacher will host a Zoom meeting to engage personally with their parents! We are looking forward to a wonderful evening!

PreK – Grade 1: 6:45 – 7:30 pm
Grades 2 – 5: 7:45 – 8:30 pm

Given the current health circumstances, we are not allowing school visitors into JP unless there is a scheduled appointment. When visitors arrive, they will be screened for admittance in compliance with CDC and Health Department guidelines. If you would like to make an appointment, please reach out to the staff member directly by e-mail or call our main office at 609.806.4240.
SCHOOL NURSE INFO
If you have any medical dietary questions or concerns (i.e. food allergies or intolerances, Celiac, diabetes, or other medical considerations) about your child eating breakfast or lunch provided by the school, please reach out to your school nurse prior to the first day of school. Nurses will be able to respond to you on September 1, 2, 7, or 8, as students will have the option to pick up breakfast and/or lunch on September 9, the first day of school (even if you pack a lunch from home).
