On Wednesday, May 1, JW's Youth In Action club presented an informative program about homelessness in the Princeton community. Students conducted research and interviewed Micki Crisafulli, PPS Director of Student Services, to gain insight into the impact of homelessness as well as local efforts to assist families and children. Special guests included Ptl. Jorge Narvaez from the Princeton Police Department. Youth In Action is a project-based learning club where students practice public speaking, research, communication, writing, social justice, and empathy while developing community awareness.
