Please join us on Monday, June 5, at 6:30 PM in the Princeton High School cafeteria for a planning discussion related to the future of our schools. This discussion is part of ongoing outreach to our parents, students, and the community as the district analyzes and evaluates options for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. We have been listening to feedback from parents and staff across the district and want to make sure all voices are heard. No decisions regarding future plans have been made.
The discussion on June 5 will include details about possible redistricting options, the pros and cons of a new 5-6 school, the option of building new classrooms at existing schools, a look at how a "sister school" plan could conceivably work in Princeton, and other options that could be beneficial for our students and staff as we look at potential enrollment changes. We will take a closer look at the various different options for the four elementary schools and will incorporate the thoughts and suggestions that have been presented at previous meetings. We encourage you to attend and to let your voice be heard.
Parents, caregivers, teachers and students are welcome to participate. Childcare will be available. We hope to see you on the evening of June 5.
