What happens if you are a young student living in Ukraine and after extended hardships and paperwork your family relocates to Princeton and enrolls you as a third grader at Littlebrook Elementary?
This was the question that Julia Ainsley, NBC News Homeland Security Correspondent, asked after first meeting third-grader Yana and her family when they were attempting to get to the US to live with relatives. Mrs. Gargione and her third-grade class were happy to help Yana, who speaks limited English, transition to Littlebrook.
