The recently installed plexiglass dividers in the Princeton High School cafeteria came in handy Thursday morning when students arrived to take the scheduled math advancement test. Each cafeteria table now has plexiglass dividers and masked students sat one-per-table to take the examination. The district is installing plexiglass as needed in all six schools and the administration building on Valley Road.
In addition to the modifications related to pandemic precautions at Princeton High School, building custodians are finishing waxing all the floors and doing deep cleaning in all classrooms.
In a few weeks preparations will begin for construction financed by the recent referendum. Improvements will include more “grab & go” dining, a renovation of the guidance area, and additional collaborative spaces are being built on a new second floor that will be located above the weight room.
