Instruments Available for Purchase Nov 8-10
Posted on 10/10/2018

The Princeton Public Schools music department was given the unique opportunity to use many new acoustic pianos at no cost during the 2017-18 school year. This arrangement was provided through a partnership with the Rockley Family Foundation, recognized by the I.R.S. as a 501(c)(3) organization.* These very instruments, instruments provided to other institutions, and instruments otherwise made available by the Foundation will be sold to perpetuate this valuable program and partnership.

A selection of instruments will be available, including: grand pianos, baby grand pianos, digital player grand pianos, vertical (upright) pianos, digital pianos, violins, violas and cellos. The sale will include instruments made by Pramberger, Seiler, Yamaha, Baldwin, Roland, Stravari Fine Violins, and other instrument manufacturers, with a discrete selection of used Steinway & Sons pianos. Most instruments have been in service for less than one year, have been tuned, and include a new factory warranty. Delivery and special no-interest financing is available on site.

There are two ways to view and purchase these instruments:

1)  BY APPOINTMENT: You are invited to attend a special “private sale” on Thursday, November 8, Friday, November 9 and the morning of Saturday, November 10, along with our faculty and staff, before the sale is open to the general public. This will give you an opportunity to purchase with priority in selection and price reductions. To secure an appointment time, please call: (609) 806-4321.

2)  FINAL SALE DAY: You may attend the final sale day, without an appointment, on Saturday, November 10, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

This event will be held in the Princeton High School Performing Arts Center, located at the corner of Franklin Avenue and Walnut Lane.
