Marketing, Design, and Communications for the Facilities Referendum 

Submissions due Monday, April 23, 2018

The Princeton Public School District is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide marketing, graphic design, and communication support for the district's facilities referendum in October.

  1. General strategy and messaging counsel. Proposal should include general strategy development for effectively communicating the need for and plan for the District's facilities referendum to the community. 
  2. Graphic design expertise and support. Creation of materials that can be used to communicate information about the facilities referendum, including postcards, mailers, and print and digital infographics. Vendors may contract with and manage qualified outside graphic designers.
  3. Video and social media counsel. Provide guidance and backup support for video and social media messaging related to the facilities referendum. Production will be provided by district personnel.
  4. Paid media strategy and counsel. Provide guidance and expertise on best use of paid media. Vendors will not need to buy and place media, as the district will be handling the placement of paid media directly.
