----At the annual reorganization meeting of the Board, the Board Secretary issued the oath of office and welcomed three new Board members; Deborah “Debbie” Bronfeld, William Hare and Gregory Stankiewicz.

----The Board designated The Princeton Packet, Trenton Times, and Town Topics, which circulate in the region served by the school district, as official newspapers for legal advertising and notifications.

----The Board designated The Packet Media, Town Topics, Trenton Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, Education Week, The New York Times, New Jersey SchoolJobs, Newark Star Ledger, Applitrack and NJ Hire for the placement of advertisements for the hiring of staff.

----The Board designated the Bank of Princeton as depository for school district funds and authorized the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to establish and maintain checking and investment accounts as needed.

---- The Board designated the Bank of Princeton as depository for Princeton High School’s and John Witherspoon Middle School’s Student Activity Funds and authorized the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to establish and maintain checking and investment accounts as needed.

----The Board authorized the Business Administrator/Board Secretary/Qualified Purchasing Agent to award contracts up to the allowable bid threshold of $40,000; and the Board authorized the quote threshold to be set at $6,000.  Purchases below $6,000 may be made without competitive quotations, if necessary.

----The Board approved the district’s organizational chart as detailed below:
